雅房出租，是否要替房客準備雨衣架？

我想一般租屋的房客.會care的應該不會是"雨衣架"吧 ?!
連這種小細節你都想到了,
可見您是一位細心、貼心的屋主。

建議您以未來房子格局改裝、變動為考量,
釘洞,釘痕是否會造成往後的困擾?

如果有共用小陽台就不需要準備了

或是在動線走廊尾放個單槓式衣架也是一種選擇喔~
