祝賀勝利日金正恩5月訪俄

俄羅斯總統蒲亭的發言人培斯科夫表示，北韓領導人金正恩確定將出席，今年5月舉行的俄羅斯勝利日70周年慶典。這是金正恩首次以北韓領導人的身分出訪。

據「莫斯科時報」（The Moscow Times）報導，培斯科夫（Dmitry Peskov）28日表示，為了迎接貴客，「我們正在積極準備中」。

勝利日指德蘇戰爭勝利紀念日，俄羅斯也稱之為「偉大的衛國戰爭」（Great Patriotic War）。1945年5月8日納粹德國對蘇聯簽訂投降書，由於投降書生效是莫斯科時間5月9日，所以俄羅斯訂這天是勝利日，並每年舉辦慶祝活動。

俄羅斯外交部長拉夫羅夫（Sergei Lavrov）上週表示，已廣發邀請函，包含歐洲聯盟以及美國的元首。目前已約有20個國家元首確定出席，包括中國大陸國家主席習近平。

而美國駐俄羅斯大使則表示，歐巴馬目前沒計劃在勝利日出訪俄羅斯。
