勸導廟會失控警對空鳴13槍

（中央社記者蘇龍麒新北市31日電）新北市蘆洲區今天晚間有間宮廟因舉辦遶境活動，私自封路並燃放大量鞭炮，警員前往勸導卻被推倒，警方見情況失控，對空鳴13槍，並帶回多名滋事民眾。

警方調查，這間宮廟未經申請，私自將蘆洲區中山一路與三民路口圍起來，舉行廟會的遶境活動，並燃放大量鞭炮，造成交通堵塞。

警方接獲民眾檢舉前往現場勸導，廟會遶境人員卻聚集越來越多，雙方發生肢體衝突。

蘆洲派出所1名陳姓警員陳克軒遭推倒在地，又疑似被毆打頭部，其他警員見狀連忙掏槍，對空鳴13槍，並急忙呼叫支援。

最後警方帶回多名現場鬧事民眾，目前還在蘆洲派出所偵訊。1040131
