俄經長：今年俄國經濟萎縮3%

俄國經濟部長烏尤卡耶夫預測，由於油價大跌、資金外流，今年俄國國內生產毛額（GDP）會萎縮3%。他說，預測數據假定今年整年油價都是每桶50美元。他強調萎縮3%是「保守」估計，因為多數專家都認為油價會在今年稍後回彈。
