手機為什麼耗電這麼快?

我手機的型號是HTC816
我的手機平常省電模式都開著
最近手機怪怪的
晚上睡前明明還有92%
我睡前想會把螢幕調到最暗然後把使用中的程式關掉
然後就放著就睡覺
隔天起來剩62%
這中間差不多經過11個小時吧但都沒有使用
所以不知道為什麼

可以幫我找原因嗎?
還有要怎麼改善?
