臉部清潔保養

我想問的是有關於臉部的清潔保養

我每天早晚都會用洗面乳洗一次臉
一開始用溫水最後洗完還會再用冷水沖過
然後再來就是化妝水>保濕凝露>乳液
但是化妝水我是用手拍的
面膜2-3天敷一次一次25-30分鐘

這樣基本上有神麼錯誤或是比較不好的地方嗎????

還有一個小問題就是
鼻翼兩側還有臉頰靠鬢角下方
都會有一粒一粒的
可是摸起來跟看起來都不是粉刺或痘痘
請問有人知道那是為甚麼嗎????
