換了主機板有重灌為什麼變更慢

之前主機板被檢測出來壞了，所以直接換一片新的，也重灌了
但是好像從32位元變成64位元，而且速度變很慢，不知道會不會有影響
還是他幫我灌的驅動程式有沒有可能跟我的新主機板不媒合呢？
（還是有沒有可能驅動程式是舊的?）
我對電腦不是很懂ˊˋ
