我公司總員工數27人,有6人為領過退休金又回來工作人員,職務分別為廠長,副廠長,主任級以上人員,年齡有75歲,62歲,54歲.55歲,53歲的,他們回鍋是原職務原薪水.他們回來做技術都不教.導致底下中 生代升遷沒望,技術也學不到,工作情緒苦悶,向老闆反應也無啥作用,請問公司這樣做法有無違反勞基法,,,,,,,,,
