坦尚尼亞西北部洪災至少38人死

坦尚尼亞總統辦公室4日表示，坦尚尼亞西北部欣延加地區3日晚間起遭洪水夾雜強風與冰雹肆虐，多處路段及房屋遭毀，至少造成38人死亡、82人受傷，約3500人受影響。
