課綱微調敗訴吳思華：照常上路

教育部長吳思華今天表示，為保障未來課綱審議委員權益，遭判決敗訴的課綱微調案將繼續上訴，且不影響期程，課綱照常上路。

教育部課程審議會去年1月表決通過高中課綱微調，部分內容引發爭議，台灣人權促進會等團體控告課綱微調有程序問題，高等行政法院今年春節前一審判決教育部敗訴。

吳思華上午在立法院教育及文化委員會受訪表示，判決重點在於要求公開個人資訊，基於保護未來課綱審議委員權益，會繼續上訴，並延續課綱確定後才公告的方式。

他說，監察院曾調查課綱微調案，行政程序部分合法，專業部分待專家審議。
