【羅開新聞中心Minsey Weng文】日本選手松山英樹（Hideki Matsuyama）的世界排名迭創新高，寫下史上排名最高的職業菜鳥紀錄，不過太平洋另一端還有一位後勢看好的同梯新兵──來自美國德州的Jordan Spieth（喬丹•史畢斯），兩人本週將在北卡羅萊納州的Sedgefield Country Club（賽吉菲德鄉村俱樂部）同台演出Wyndham Championship（溫德漢姆錦標賽），繼續為爭奪「超級新人」的頭銜而戰。

今年之前，Tiger Woods（老虎•伍茲）被視為史上最強新人，他在1996年八月二十五日轉職業時世界排名四百三十四，僅僅打了八場比賽，贏得兩座美巡賽冠軍，年終排名高居三十三位。相隔十七年，太平洋兩端各出現一位類似的超級新秀，而且雙雙靠著有限的出場機會直接進入美巡賽大門。

現年二十一歲的松山英樹，2011年以業餘身份贏得Mitsui Sumitomo VISA Taiheiyo Masters（太平洋名人賽），加上隔年又有四場比賽打進前十，包括兩個第二，年初告別業餘生涯時，職業世界排名已經高居一百二十三。

這位來自愛媛縣的日本之星並沒有轉換身份的適應問題，不但在日巡賽戰績一把罩，兩座冠軍和兩個第二，日本境外的國際舞台更是競爭力十足，六場比賽進帳676,240美元，確定取得2013-14年美巡賽的工作權。總計新人球季打了十四場比賽，高達九場進前十，包括美國和英國公開賽，世界排名高居二十九位，打破當年老虎所創下的紀錄。

小一歲又五個月的史畢斯，同樣擁有業餘球王的資歷，不過年初連基本的表演舞台都沒有，結果靠著贊助商名額身份參賽，先是取得威巡賽的臨時會員身份，接著又用同樣的方式打進美巡賽，七場比賽落袋662,398美元，提前確保了下一季的美巡賽資格。

史畢斯並不滿足於此，上個月趕在二十歲之前贏得John Deere Classic（約翰迪爾菁英賽），成為繼1931年Ralph Guldahl（拉爾夫•葛達爾）之後，首位贏得美巡賽冠軍的一字頭選手，美巡賽身份立即生效，接下來有機會在聯邦快遞盃季後賽爭奪一年只有一次機會的年度最佳新人，他目前累積獎金達2,058,820美元，領先所有新人班選手。

在世界排名方面，史畢斯一路上攻至五十四位，想要挺進三十大行列，還得再打出更具說服力的成績，不過對照年初的八百零九位，已經堪稱年度第一大飆馬。

美巡賽下週起將進行季後賽四部曲，史畢斯至少可以打滿前三站，至於還是非會員的松山英樹，除非能夠拿下本週的溫德漢姆錦標賽，否則只能回日本打球，等到十月初才能在美巡賽正式登台。

離年終還有四個多月，兩位超級新人大約還可以再參加十至十五場比賽，誰會是史上最強勢的超級新人，四個月後才會揭曉。

用平常在用的粉底液或遮暇膏 均勻的塗在臉上 或想要加強的地方 http://i.imgur.com/JMHPovW.jpg
像我黑眼圈比較重 所以黑眼圈的部份會下得比較重 之後在把它均勻的推開 http://i.imgur.com/G0SqQQA.jpg

標題[問題] HTC DHD 開機震動7下後無法開機

今天早上突然聽到手機震動的聲音,拿起來發現手機自動關機了 按了開機鍵之後,我的DHD震動了7下之後完全沒有反應,上網爬文 後試了很多方法,如:電池重裝&上音量鍵+開機鍵等等的方法通通無效, 請問有專家可以幫小弟解答嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.209.113

涉A鑽石葉兩傳交保 檢提抗告

廣告人葉兩傳、賴郁芬被控向外商公司借市價上億鑽石後，侵占不還。北院昨天裁定各200萬元交保，檢方不服，今天提起抗告。

全案起因比利時外商公司指控，去年7月到12月出借鑽石給葉兩傳與同居女友賴郁芬辦展覽，但事後卻有市價上億元的20多顆鑽石未歸還，外商公司認為葉及賴涉嫌侵占而提告。

台北地檢署14日指揮刑事警察局國際科，搜索葉兩傳辦公室、住處等5處，傳喚葉兩傳、賴郁芬等6人到案。承辦檢察官訊問後，認為葉、賴有滅證、串供、逃亡之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見，但台北地院認為相關證人已具結，限制出境等強制措施可保全程序進行，沒有羈押必要，裁定兩人各以新台幣200萬元交保，並限制出境、出海。

檢方指出，葉兩傳已買機票，有出境計畫，賴女也積極聯繫洽詢買家出售鑽石，證據顯示已有部分鑽石出售，且兩人對於鑽石下落至今仍不願說明，仍有湮滅證據及勾串共犯、證人之虞。

遭架離公視記者：警察才在人民身上潑漆

台灣農村陣線數十人昨日突襲政院，以紅色水球、漆彈與雞蛋丟擲政院招牌，警方嘗試架離「勸離未果」的公視記者鐘聖雄，導致手臂瘀血、抓傷，眼鏡扯落。媒體報導，中正一分局局長方仰寧昨晚則說「懷疑鐘聖雄有參與噴漆。」鐘聖雄表示，警方出了錯才想找理由抹黑，「往人民身上潑漆的，就是警察。」

同時也在現場採訪的新新聞周刊記者呂苡榕表示，鐘聖雄一直處於「權力不對等」狀況，從一開始鐘二度出示記者證表明身分仍遭警方嘗試架離，到後來即使不再強制驅離，卻採取「手抱胸前刻意距離極近」，影響鐘聖雄採訪工作，卻無權觸碰、推開警察，因為一碰到警察就可能立即被當作現行犯逮捕。

鐘聖雄說，警方身為執法人員卻毫無法治概念，「採訪要管制」動手趕人，事後挨批就抹黑潑漆，「真正往人民身上潑漆的，就是警察。」而多位現場記者皆表示，鐘並未參與潑漆。

方仰寧則說，看見鐘聖雄與員警方生爭執，僅要求雙方移往旁邊處理。至於是否懷疑鐘聖雄參與噴漆，方指出，目前僅逮捕2名刑案嫌疑人盤查，「他們一起進來的，還要後續偵辦才能確定。」

【陳瑩欣／台北報導】主計總處今公告最新經濟成長率預估值為2.31%，較前次公告2.4%下修0.09個百分點，主因是下半年全球經濟展望較5月差，出口與民間投資成長預測偏弱影響。
 
今日主計總處也首度公告明年經濟成長率預測值為3.37%，美國量化寬鬆政策及中國大陸成長減緩與結構調整影響仍是變數。
 
主計總處同時預計今年出口年增率調升至2.3%(上次估為-7.6%)，進口年增率1.85%(上次估為1.6%)，民間消費年增率1.59%，較5月上調0.13個百分點。

主計總處今公布最新GDP預測，市場預期僅微調

行政院主計總處16日傍晚將公布最新經濟成長率(GDP growth rate)預測。市場預期，雖然7月底公布的第二季GDP已將先前預估值上調0.29個百分點，但是在7月出口、製造業採購經理人指數(PMI)等數據均不強的情況下，加上中國大陸經濟成長放緩等國際景氣的不明朗因素，預期今日公布的最新全年GDP將與5月時預估的2.4%差異不大，「保二」雖不是問題，但依然維持緩慢復甦的步調。

主計總處今日下午將召開國民所得評審委員會，並將在會後公布最新經濟成長率預測。主計總處在7月底公布第二季經濟成長率概估為2.27%，較先前預估上調了0.29個百分點。

不過，雖然第二季GDP小幅上修，可望帶動全年GDP上調，但經濟學者認為，雖然6月與第二季出口表現優於預期，帶動GDP上修，但7月出口表現低於預期，7月官方PMI和匯豐台灣PMI雙雙下降，加上中國大陸經濟成長放緩，美國聯準會可能在9月就開始縮減構債規模等國際景氣的不明朗因素影響下，今年景氣基調仍是軟性擴張，預期今日公布的最新全年GDP將與先前預估的2.4%差異不大，「保二」雖不是問題，但依然維持緩慢復甦的步調。

元大寶華綜合經濟研究院策略分析師顏承暉指出，7月出口表現低於市場預期，且較6月下滑，顯示原本應是廠商開始進入備貨高峰的7月，廠商反而對於未來景氣看法保守，導致備貨力道不足，今年第三季出口蠻有可能出現「旺季不旺」的情況。因此，他認為雖然隨著第二季GDP的上調，今年全年GDP也可能上調，但應只是微幅上調。

台經院景氣預測中心主任孫明德則表示，目前台經院維持對今年全年GDP 2.25%的預估不變；目前景氣是「先審慎、再樂觀」，今年景氣就是不會太樂觀，但目前看來也不會再壞下去。

孫明德也指出，第三季GDP可望延續第二季的向上動能，第三季GDP表現應該會還不錯，不過，6月外銷訂單仍是負成長，可能會影響第三季出口表現；至於第四季，因為有美國QE可能退場的不確定性，目前能見度較低。整體而言，因為上半年GDP平均約2%，今年GDP要保三的難度仍然很高。

最近熱浪太強 天氣實在很悶熱 小弟每天跟J在外面上班跑跳 不知道是不是因為天氣熱的關係 有時候摸手機就感覺溫溫熱熱的 （待機的時候有開3G上網，不過因為我有開省電功能所以螢幕暗了以後就會關閉3G） 甚至有些灼熱的感覺.... 小弟平常在外面會用藍芽耳機聽音樂與接電話 我知道如果用藍芽耳機的話手機會熱屬於正常現象 但有點『灼』熱感實在是有點吃不消 我嘗試關掉藍芽功能 但溫度要差不多一個小時以後才降的下來（手機放包包裡） 不曉得各位有用J的板友是否有跟小弟一樣的經驗 請各位板友分享一下 感謝～ -- Life is not meaningful in itself the individual must create and discove meaning. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.167.121

【綜合報導】印度一名男嬰，出生3個月以來，身體已出現多次自燃現象，醫生診斷後判斷，男嬰可能是罹患了極為罕見的「人體自燃症」( Spontaneous Human Combustion)。

拉胡爾(Rahul)來自印度東南部城市清奈(Chennai)，他首次病發時只有9天大。醫生表示，拉胡爾的皮膚會釋放出易燃汽體，很容易著火。他上星期因為頭、胸嚴重燒傷，被送往醫院加護病房。這已經是拉胡爾第四次病發，而且每次都是在無外在因素影響下著火燃燒。醫生指，拉胡爾情況穩定，經觀察後最快兩星期內出院。他們在拉胡爾身邊放置水桶及滅火器，準備隨時救火。醫護人員表示，由於沒有拉胡爾的醫療紀錄，他們將調查拉胡爾的病是否具有遺傳姓，並嘗試找出他皮膚排出的是那種易燃汽體。

拉胡爾的父母表示，每個人都以為他們點火燒自己的兒子，強行將他們趕離社區，他們已經失去一切。不過燒傷專家表示，人體自燃只是假說，即使酗酒者體內含有少量酒精，都不會自燃。
