標題[請益] 平板的版本 wifi 與 3G 的差別?

對不起 先跟各位鄉民道歉 這個問題可能很笨 因為想買台平板給父母親用 逛了PC home後 發現平板普遍都有 wifi 與 3G的版本 所以想請問一下 wifi版 --> 是否代表平板上網就是只能靠wifi連結 ? 3G版 --> 是否代表平板可利用一般SIM卡連上3G上網 並且能當做"電話使用" 又為何 3G的版 都比 wifi 版貴呢? 而且還貴很多? --
