生完女兒丟家裡 被告遺棄不起訴

林姓女子（22歲）前年12月生下一女，半年後就離家出走，留下女嬰讓媽媽、即女嬰的外婆養育，林母不滿，控告女兒遺棄罪。士林地檢署偵結，認為女童吃、住無虞，非屬「無自救力之人」，處分林女不起訴。

林母說，雖然孫女沒有吃、住問題，但孩子會想媽媽，她希望女兒能把孫女帶走，女兒卻說「要小孩出養」。
