標題[心得] 面試心得

小弟中段私立大學財稅系畢業 今年7/30退伍至今 經過119天的等待 終於在今天下午接到人資的電話了 這四個月裡我總共面試了29家(你沒看錯) 其中有11家是事務所(沒有四大) 在後期發現工作真的超難找 尤其是台中 超級愛筆試 不然就是在面試過程中告訴你 用新人的成本很大 就這樣 日子一天一天的過 我甚至開始懷疑 我的電話是不是壞了 一開始只投大公司 EX：正X輪胎 南X塑膠 到後來就是在104狂按 面試的機會很多 也有收到幾家公司的offer 但不是20K責任制 就是21K月休四天 還有沒有勞健保的 這才發現有些資方真的很過分 還有一點要抱怨一下 就是在面試過程中 有3-4家的主管 是學校的學姐 還有一家是系上的學姐 結果還是不錄用我這個學弟 整個太沒人情味了吧 不過最後還是找到像樣的工作 週休二日 25K 還可以出國學習查帳 以及將來有外派的可能 只是等待的時間真的很煎熬 最後 也祝福各位能順利得找到好工作 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.26.102.250
