高鐵爭延長特許 葉：無法接受

台灣高鐵董事長歐晉德提出若能「延長特許期」，高鐵票價至少可以降10％。交通部長葉匡時27日接受廣播訪問時表示無法認同，認為高鐵的根本問題是財務不足，應先設法打消債務，再來談特許期，對於高鐵的表現，他也坦言「是不滿意的」。

葉匡時上午接受台北之音「蔻蔻早餐」主持人周玉蔻專訪，表示高鐵當初公告招商時，特許期就是35年，而高鐵根本的問題是原始股東投資不足，借了很多錢，還發行特別股，造成財務結構不佳，應先設法打消500多億元債務，先減資再增資，而非一廂情願靠延長特許期解決。

周玉蔻詢問交通部是不是管不動高鐵、有沒有想過撤換高鐵董事長等敏感問題，葉匡時避而不談，僅表示目前交通部對高鐵的表現是「不滿意」的。

他也提到，高鐵今年出問題次數多了些，讓民眾對高鐵的穩定性感到不滿。他已要求高鐵局成立監督小組，必要時請國際專家，看看高鐵維修保養是否應改善。
