股神巴菲特出手　420億收購油管服務事業

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】股神巴菲特（Warren Buffett）出手，旗下波克夏海瑟威（Berkshire Hathaway）同意以市值14億美元（420億元台幣）股票收購煉油大廠PHILLIPS 66旗下油管服務事業。
 
波克夏截至9月底持有PHILLIPS 66約2710萬股，以周一收盤價每股74.72美元計算，市值超過20億美元（601億元台幣），波克夏預備將其中1900萬股返還PHILLIPS 66，市值約14億美元，交換PHILLIPS 66旗下油管服務事業。
