手機復機與停機

手機1電話告訴她:我要停機手機2停八個月，她說只能停90天，那我說好，
然後順便告訴她，等到手機2要復機的時候請他在提醒我一次。
當天傳一封簡訊叫我90天後要去復機。

那現在手機2被停用要拆機了而且還要付違約金，
之後打到公司他跟我說它們有盡到告知的義務了就是當天傳一封簡訊叫我90天後要去復機)

那應該是接我電話的人的錯嗎?
因為我有叫她等到手機2要復機的時候請他在提醒我一次，但是她沒有。
