通膨持續低迷　IMF呼籲歐銀擴大寬鬆

IMF（國際貨幣基金）主席拉加德（Christine Lagarde）示警，低通膨是先進經濟體新興風險，並罕見地直接呼籲歐洲央行（ECB，歐銀）、日本央行（日銀）擴大寬鬆貨幣。

拉加德周三在華府演講時說：「更多寬鬆貨幣，包含透過非傳統措施，是歐元區需要的。」她指出，低通膨是先進經濟體新興風險，尤其歐元區備受威脅，長期低通膨恐衝擊需求、產出，進而影響成長與就業，進一步威脅原已疲弱的全球經濟復甦。
 
拉加德表示，今、明年全球經濟可望溫和改善，成長率將超過2013年約3%水準，但仍比以往趨勢慢。她指出，包含歐元區的通膨偏低、如烏克蘭危機的地區緊張局勢、市場波動將會延長成長停滯時間。
 
歐元區3月通膨僅0.5%，創2009年來新低，並且已經連續6個月低於歐銀總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）曾提到的1%危險區。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
