男友前戲沒洗手　堵女愛液下體腫像貢丸

1名王姓女子(25歲)日前做愛時，疑因男友未先洗手，手指伸入她的陰道「前戲」，細菌也進入陰道內部，完事後，女方下體紅腫但不以為意，之後又做愛數次，但成「乾妹妹」且外陰部腫成跟貢丸一樣，壓迫時有疼痛感而就醫。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，衛生福利部桃園醫院婦產科主任呂理政說，王女罹患巴氏腺囊腫，巴氏腺開口在處女膜位置附近，主要功能是性行為時分泌潤滑液，一旦巴氏腺受細菌感染發炎，也會堵塞開口分泌潤滑液，造成囊腫，嚴重須透過手術，割出切口，引流出分泌物。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
