張慶忠無法踏出電梯 進入會議室開會

國民黨重新排案審查服貿協議，民進黨立委上午阻擋在會議室門口，不讓國民黨立委進入開會，擔任召委的國民黨立委張慶忠（右三）多次試圖搭乘電梯前往會議室開會，卻因會議室門前擠滿人，連電梯都無法踏出，更無法進入會場主持會議。
