中華電客服員請育嬰假　需簽自願離職書

台灣通信網路產業工會日前接獲中華電信公司女性客服員投訴，指她們受僱於中華電信委託的派遣公司負責客服業務，懷孕生產後依法申請育嬰假，派遣公司卻要求簽自願離職書，工會今發新聞稿痛批中華電信公司將業務外包又未保障勞工權益，毫無社會責任感。

台灣通信網路產業工會理事長張緒中表示，工會已接獲3件類似個案。勞工權益受損的李小姐受訪說，她去年12月要申請育嬰假，派遣公司沒說不能請，但要求她填寫的一疊申請資料中，包含自願離職書。工會指派遣公司在勞資爭議調解時拒絕接受調解方案，並指中華電信將成本壓太低，勞務外包案無利可圖才會透過違法手段節省成本。工會批中華電信公司缺乏社會責任感。
 
中華電信強調，外包契約都依法辦理且合乎標準，若派遣公司覺得無利可圖就不應投標，而不是自己違法，卻把責任推給中華電信公司。《蘋果》記者則無法取得派遣公司說法。（許麗珍／台北報導）
