疑內線交易 檢調搜索上市的成霖企業

上市的成霖企業股份有限公司被檢舉涉嫌內線交易，該公司五月間股東會通過買回庫存股，公司相關成員以親友及人頭在消息公布前即購買公司股票，台中地檢署檢察官今天兵分多路搜索及傳訊，帶回公司董事、經理、顧問及相關人員共18人，漏夜調查。
