基隆慶中元邀「妖怪」搭火車　台鐵說NO

鬼月到，基隆市政府為歡慶「雞籠中元祭」，宣布本周六放水燈儀式當天下午，將推出「鬼怪樂團快閃列車」活動，安排可愛妖怪布偶搭台鐵，到基隆參加中元祭慶典派對。對於基隆市政府逕自宣布「鬼怪上車」，台鐵表示難以認同，指出去年類似活動就嚇壞列車上不少小朋友，台鐵接到的投訴案件不斷，今年不會同意再讓「鬼怪」上車。

台鐵指出，已在7月底正式發函向基隆市政府說不，表達反對立場，不解基隆市政府為何未獲台鐵同意下，就自行公布要辦此活動，台鐵會再與基隆市政府溝通。台鐵表示，若當天有旅客執意著鬼怪裝上車，或是有妖怪布偶要搭台鐵列車，可依照鐵路運送規則，以「違反公序良俗」拒絕運送。（陳如嬌/台北報導）
