馬航下市整頓 母公司全數買回

馬來西亞主權財富基金Khazanah宣布，將買下馬來西亞航空公司其餘股權，馬航將下市，並於月底前提出整頓計畫。

馬航8日一早即發布聲明，表示要暫停交易，董事會將開會決定整頓計畫，沒多久持有馬航69.4%股權的Khazanah就宣布要將馬航收購下市。

馬航股價今年來已在吉隆坡股市大跌逾23%。華爾街日報日前已報導，Khazanah傾向讓馬航下市，成為私營企業。

Khazanah表示，要以13.8億馬元（4.29億美元）買下馬航其餘30.6%股權，比昨日收盤價溢價12.5%。

吉隆坡Phillip資本管理公司投資長Ang Kok Heng說，馬航成為下市公司後，要整頓比較容易，不須事事都得對外界宣布。
