豆腐渣疏洪道　賴清德讚防洪佳

台南港尾溝溪疏洪道耗資逾10億，卻在啟用19天後就因豪雨崩塌，遭譏為「豆腐渣工程」，台南市長賴清德前天仍在臉書堅稱，該工程在812豪雨考驗下，顯現治理成效。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，港尾溝溪疏洪道此次崩壞地點在下遊，3處坍塌合計長度170公尺，搶修經費2500萬元由包商負擔，若要完全修復，六河局估至至少需上億元。學者質疑，疏洪道不是偷工減料，就是工法設計不對，台南地檢署也將介入調查。（胡治言／綜合報導）
