加壓馬達的困擾問題

請問哪位大人可以幫我解答呢?我買了一間30年的公寓五樓的五樓，因為是二手屋，前屋主早期就加蓋了六樓，室內加裝了內梯類似樓中樓!問題是:加壓馬達換新使用約三年聲音變得很大就又換了一個新馬達，最近因為水量忽大忽小洗澡時熱水時冷時熱很痛苦，前屋主交屋時有說:五樓及加蓋的六樓浴室門外均有裝了一個開關需要保持在開的狀態也都照做了，找來水電檢查馬達沒問題所以把五樓開關換新發現開關疑似有多接了一條電線就剪掉包紮好裝回，我很好奇五、'六樓共用一個加壓馬達，那為何兩個樓層都要各自裝一個開關呢???而水壓忽大忽小是真的因為多裝了一條電線呢???多裝一條電線是何作用呢???懇請好心的大人幫幫忙解答好嘛!!!
