中國高官：屈服只會換來更多更大違法活動

中國全國人大常委會副秘書長李飛在政改簡介會表發言，稱人大常委會基於對香港高度負責而作出「莊嚴審慎」的政改決定。他直指「佔領中環」是違法活動，揚言中央不會屈服，為維護香港法治、長治久安，要果斷作出決擇，「屈服於湋法活動，只會換來更多更大違法活動」。

李飛稱，如果香港真有人要發動違法活動，中央相信港府和警隊一定有能力處理維護社會安寧，又強調中央會是香港的「堅強後盾」。

他認為，如果普選最終被立法會否決，香港不單不能實現普選，政府管治將會更加困難，故政改決定一定要得到廣大香港市民支持和理解。他又稱，泛民中亦有不少人愛國愛港，按基本法落實普選同樣會是他們的最好選擇，「要凝聚強大共識，始終有落實的途徑」。李飛重申，今次政改並非「終極方案」，「任何法例都可修改，不可能一成不變」。（大陸中心╱綜合外電報導）
