《Reuters》報導，法國財政部長 Michel Sapin 週三公開表示，法國需要更多時間降低國內公共赤字，可能要到 2017 年才能達到先前承諾降低赤字比例至 GDP 3%的目標。

法國財政部長在記者會上表示，法國不會要求歐盟改變編列預算限制，但希望歐盟官員能夠考量法國整體經濟狀況再作評估。

目前法國經濟成長率與通膨率表現均不佳，2015 年間可能只能降低赤字比例至 4.3%，要到 2017 年才有機會降至 3%以下。

部長指出，今年赤字佔 GDP 比例很有可能增加到 4.4%。法國政府會維持在 2015 年間減少公共支出 210 億歐元的目標，且今年不會加稅。

部長預期，今年法國經濟成長率可能來到 0.4%，明年可望來到 1.0%。

目前法國 10 年期公債殖利率未受部長發言影響，維持在 1.37%附近，未有大幅波動。
