由第一銀行統籌主辦，正隆5年期、新台幣60億元聯貸案今天簽約，募得資金提供正隆償還既有金融負債及充實中期營運周轉金。

一銀表示，共有10家銀行共襄盛舉，最終募集85.5億元，超額認貸比率高達55.5%，但正隆考量實際需求，最後以60億元結案簽約。

一銀指出，正隆在產能規模及市占率皆為同業翹楚，且名列全球百大紙業公司之一，目前於海內外共設有5座造紙廠、25座紙器廠，營運版圖完整且具有經濟規模，紙類產品、紙器年產能分別為220萬噸、19.5億平方公尺，看好國內家庭用紙需求穩定成長，加上越南地區產能滿載，正隆已陸續在國內竹北廠增設第3條家紙生產線及自動倉儲設備，同時於越南籌設第3座紙器廠，完工投產後將替正隆帶來新的營運成長動能。(中央社)
