香港特首辦外的佔中示威群眾在午夜過後，對於是否佔據龍和道出現意見分歧。香港商業電台報導，雙方人馬一度爆發口角及互相拉扯。佔據龍和道的約40名示威者拒絕起身，說要向政府施加更大壓力。

商業電台指出，佔據龍和道的約40名示威者堵塞道路，並持續擴大範圍。警方發聲明表示，示威人士阻塞了龍和道西行線，嚴重影響交通，呼籲他們聽從警方的勸喻離開。（大陸中心╱綜合報導）
