資金外逃俄羅斯恐失血達1300億美元

根據Bloomberg報導引述俄羅斯財政部長Anton Siluanov的話說，到2014年底，約有1300億美元離開了俄羅斯。

若獲得證實，這將是自2008年金融危機以來，俄羅斯第二糟的一年，亦為連續第七年，出現資金外流。2008年，俄羅斯資金外流達1330億美元。

由於原油價格大跌，且俄羅斯經濟遲緩，過去三個月，盧布兌美元下跌了23%。

兩相對照，俄羅斯鄰國烏克蘭去年全年生產總值僅1770億美元。

Siluanov說，盧布可能先找到「平衡點」，而後才會轉強，俄羅斯央行於本月稍早宣布，有意讓盧布自由浮動。

俄羅斯央行於10月花費約260億美元外匯儲備，以支撐盧布兌美元與歐元，而後卻宣布放棄「無限外匯干預」，似乎是對支撐盧布樹了白旗。
