姚立明：對立委指控提告

國民黨立委廖國棟、蘇清泉今在立法院質詢指出，接獲醫界大老指控，台大醫院疑似為順利取得捐贈器官，涉嫌利用注射藥物、裝葉克膜等，偽造心跳停止，爭取新鮮器官移植時間，形同強摘器官，另出示由柯文哲掛名第一作者的心跳停止器捐的論文。柯文哲競選總幹事姚立明說，他們傍晚提告。

姚立明說，發黑函者如果願意負責就署名，我們來面對面，但連作者都不知道，就不用再談。他們提告後，若還在散步這份黑函，就觸犯刑法。
