有朋友聖誕會到LA和Vagas嗎？

有朋友會在聖誕節會在洛杉磯或Vagas 嗎？朋友臨時有事，不能成行，唯有自己一個去,如果有朋友剛巧會去LA,可以一齊去玩。聖誕節有什麼特別的地方值得一去？

另外如果沒有租車，是否沒有其他公共交通工具可以去到outlet?
