餐廳名稱：柊火鍋地址：台北市信義區基隆路147巷21號電話：(02)8787-2723 消費時間：2014/12/28 事發經過： 17:30打電話給店家詢問18:30是否有位子詢問是否有『頂級盛合海鮮』？店家回覆告知，有位子。告知手機，並且告知店家馬上坐TAX過去。到達店裡18:15，告知服務人員已經到達，服務人員請我等待一下，期間有2位沒訂位的客人也陸續入坐， 18:30訊問服務人員要等很久嗎？為何還不能入坐？服務人員告知..... 『你還沒到之前，有客人進店，所以目前無位子。』告知店家，坐TAX趕來，以後沒位子，不要跟客人說有位子。結論：不管這間店食材多好，列入黑名單，相同價位食材好的也不止這間店，吃飯不需要找氣受。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.214.72.183 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1419764456.A.D1A.html
