Youtube & Facebook 都打不開

開youtube還會變成 Window server Internet informtion Services 8.0
開facebook 會變其他的網站
但是網址都依然是 https://www.youtube.com和 https://www.facebook.com

，其他的都可以開 (像Yahoo. Twitch. Instagram. 還有一般的網站)
阿也不知道是幹嘛?
另一台電腦就都可以(一樣的網路)

是有毒嗎? 有甚麼軟體可以把這個問題的病毒掃掉的?
