桃園稽查15家推拿館　2家違規刊廣告遭罰

針對全國推拿館林立，《蘋果》調查發現，目前六都合法登記的推拿館僅600多家，去年全年度稽查件數不到百件，移送與開罰僅31件。
 
桃園市衛生局指出，經查全市傳統整復推拿登記有案共計45家，去(103)年配合聯合稽查15家，現場稽查並無執行密醫推拿、針灸、放血等醫療行為，也未接獲民眾檢舉相關傳統整復推拿案件。但傳統整復推拿業者違法刊登醫療廣告，裁處2件。
 
衛生局並表示，去年度共查緝29件密醫案，其中11件(密中醫3件、密西醫1件及密牙醫7件)，依涉嫌違反醫師法第28條，移送桃園地檢署偵辦。為提高醫療品質並保障病人權益，去年共查核34家醫院及1475家診所，並針對傳統整復推拿機構與醫療機構空間未明顯區隔者進行輔導，要求限期改善。（石明啟／桃園報導）
