「殖民進步」論引發議論！但台北市長柯文哲今(1)天澄清表示，這是翻譯不夠精確，「哇！天啊！這實在是～」

柯文哲接受美國外交政策（Foreign Policy）雜誌專訪指出，「人們談到『一國兩制』，但也許我們該討論『兩國一制（two countries, one system）』，我們應試圖縮短差距」。另外，他也說，全球4個華語地區，包括台灣、新加坡、香港、中國大陸等，接受殖民愈久的地方愈進步，「不好意思的講，就文化而言，新加坡比香港好，香港比台灣好，台灣比中國大陸好」。引發議論。

柯文哲今天出席活動接受媒體訪問時澄清，「不要再講兩制要講一制，一制的話，兩岸交流才會順利，觀念是在講這個，不過，這也學到一課，以後找外媒來的話，請他們雇比較好的翻譯者。」

至於所謂「越殖民越進步」，他則說，「我要講的是接觸近代文明越久，整個社會文明化的程度越深，結果怎麼寫寫寫，寫到最後，變成被殖民越久越文明！哇天啊！這實在是～」柯文哲也說，「所以下次外媒要來訪問我，要先確保他們的翻譯人員要夠精確」。
