握手言和三星微軟終止爭議

（法新社首爾10日電）三星電子（SamsungElectronics）和微軟公司（Microsoft）今天表示，雙方已經解決微軟控告三星違反2011年授權合約的專利爭端。

微軟去年8月在美指控三星沒有為智慧型手機和平板電腦使用微軟的專利付錢。

2個月後，三星向國際商會（InternationalChamber of Commerce）申請仲裁。

微軟和三星今天在聯合聲明中表示，雙方已經達成解決方案。

三星執行副總裁池載桓（Jaewan Chi，音譯）和微軟商務副總裁霍華德（David Howard）在署名的聯合聲明中表示：「三星和微軟很高興地宣布雙方已經終止在美國法庭和ICC仲裁的合約爭議。」

聲明中表示雙方協議屬於機密，並未進一步說明協議條件。

三星近年來捲入多起專利官司，其中最引人數注目的是和宿敵蘋果公司（Apple）纏訟的官司。
