請問開關電晶體哪裡有得買？謝謝！

在邏輯電路中，其輸出常需要推動較大電流的IO(例如：LED，或繼電器...)，因此常加上一只驅動電晶體；而為了電路匹配，都會在電晶體的基極上串上一只限流電阻。由於該電晶體只是為了邏輯電路輸出作為較大驅動電流的開關，因此有人稱它為「開關電晶體」。而為了方便有些廠家會將該限流電阻加在電晶體的內部。
請問有人知道這類晶體內部的基極加串聯電阻的開關電晶體在台北哪裡有得買(最好是SMD型)？或能告知該類電晶體的編號或製造廠家麼？
