下載openoffice遇到困難 (急!

我是到這個網站下載的
https://www.openoffice.org/zh-tw/download/index.html
選擇的是 windows(EXE) 正體中文 4.1.1
我有按【下載完整安裝】和【下載語言包】
一開始要選擇檔案然後解壓縮我放在【下載】並新增一個資料夾放在裡面
然后他說【下列指定的目標資料夾不包含4.1.1版本】所以我無法按【下一步】
不然就是【error2203無法存取檔案因為另一個程式已鎖定檔案的一部分】

已經試過很多次了所以有很多個openoffice在【下載】的地方不知道怎麼移除

1.請教我怎麼移除多餘的並下載好openoffice((我是要用word才要下載它的))

2.或是有其他免費又好用的word 並有安裝教學(一個步驟一個步驟的) 麻煩附上

麻煩回答者可以簡單又清楚的告訴我怎麼下載word (有圖更好

順便一問 wise care365是什麼? 我的電腦上有但不知道是什麼是因為那個才無法下載嗎?
