群創公布第2季營運成果，合併營收1115.18億元，較首季減少4.5%，主要是受純觸控貼合業務結束的影響，營業毛利率12.4%，營業淨利率7.2%，歸屬於母公司股東稅後淨利40.71億元，較第1季成長141.7%，每股盈餘0.45元。
群創第2季合併營收受純觸控貼合業務結束的影響，較第1季1167.75億元減少4.5%；若排除此因素影響，純液晶面板及觸控面板第2季營收季成長率約成長8.1%；營業毛利137.82億元，營業淨利80.67億元。
群創指出，第2季EBITDA由上一季20.7%提升至25.3%，創合併以來新高，歸功於產品組合設計、製程效率提升與庫存控制得宜，營運獲利明顯改善。第2季淨負債比從去年第2季153.2%降至93.7%，淨負債比創兩年來新低。
第2季長短期借款合計為2170.76億元，較上一季減少260.81億元。第2季存貨淨值為446.52億元，較前一季略為減少，存貨週轉天數為42天。
群創第2季整體出貨面積為701.9萬平方公尺，較第1季增加9.4%，純液晶面板售價為每平方公尺520美金，大尺寸合併出貨量約為3780萬片，與上一季3240萬片相比增加16.5%。
中小尺寸合併營收為245.83億元，受到純觸控貼合業務結束的影響，較上一季減少20.3%；中小尺寸合併出貨量共計1億1560萬片，與上一季1億780萬片相比增加7.3%。
以產品應用別計算，中小尺寸為19%、可攜式電腦為16%、桌上型螢幕為19%、電視為45%；以產品尺寸別計算，10吋以下為24%、10到20吋為19%、20到30吋為21%、30到40吋為15%、40吋以上為21%。
