20牛基隆市區奔馳　警開巡邏車當街牧牛

【陳偉周／基隆報導】「是奔牛節嗎？」基隆市七堵工建西路上，今天凌晨0時許，突然出現20隻牛當街奔騰，民眾停車在路旁與水牛拍照留念，一度造成交通阻塞，居民通知警方到場處理，百福所警員派出巡邏車與警用機車到場牧牛，20分鐘內將牛群指引到基隆河畔。
 
警方調查，畜養水牛的70歲龔姓男子，平常將20隻水牛放牧在基隆河邊，也不知道水牛們怎麼會衝上馬路，龔男感到十分抱歉，所幸未造成交通事故，警方僅口頭勸誡龔男「看好牛隻！」
