妻籌足5百萬 黃季敏出所

涉貪的前消防署長黃季敏遭羈押將屆1年，台北地院前天裁定500萬元交保，另要求黃妻簽署書面保證2500萬元，黃季敏家屬前天未籌出保金，還押台北看守所。黃妻陳素霞和女兒昨上午提著500萬元現鈔替黃辦保，黃下午直接從看守所獲釋，離去時不發一語。

台北地院為防他逃亡，除了限制住居、出境及出海，還規定他每晚到轄區派出所報到。
