【動新聞】疏流道耗10億　19天就崩塌

台南港尾溝溪疏洪道耗資逾10億元，上月27日才風光啟用，沒想到昨天就因擋不住近日大豪雨沖刷崩塌，民眾驚呼：「這是豆腐渣工程？還是氣爆現場？」

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，台南港尾溝溪疏洪道上月啟用時，現任經濟部長杜紫軍和市長賴清德都親自出席，沒想到昨天就因大雨崩塌。受六河局委託調查的台南市土木技師公會理事長鄭明昌昨到場檢視，初步認為工程品質應沒問題，不排除是設計時未準確測量河下土壤深度，在流量超大溪水刷深河底時崩塌。

六河局局長蔡宗憲等人昨到場監工，蔡強調：「不可能偷工減料，疏洪道在此次大雨發揮功效，下游易淹的保安都未傳淹水。」（胡治言／綜合報導）
