基隆市長張通榮今（17）日出席公開行程，表態不排除對親民黨副秘書長劉文雄提告。對此劉晚間回應，歡迎張通榮來告他，如果沒告成，他將反告張通榮誣告。
劉文雄日前爆料，有消息人士向他透露，去年10月、今年3月、今年6月看到張在長榮桂冠餐廳宴客，經過詢問後才發現，吃飯的對象竟是監委，這段內容，也讓外界充滿想像。
劉文雄下午出席新黨20週年黨慶活動時表態，歡迎張通榮來告，如果沒有告成，他將採反制手段，反控張通榮誣告，最後他還不忘提醒張通榮「自己做了什麼事情，自己很清楚」。
