這樣仍不算有案底

但相關詐欺案   屬非告訴乃論罪

只要一經提告    就無法撤銷

更何況警方沒有撤消權力

所以板大妹妹   必須要出庭跟檢察官說明後

才能經由法律途徑解除警示帳戶

至於版大說要去其他銀行開戶  

現在   也不可能

除非板大警示帳戶   被解除

不然目前開戶   頂多是薪轉帳戶   沒有辦法申請金融卡

至於急   很抱歉   沒有辦法更快

要怪   只能怪板大妹妹   要做生意   就要誠實
