成田机场到京都JR早上会难划到座位吗？

听说早上时刻，成田机场到京都的JR火车会很难划到当天早上的座位？真是这样吗？

因为我想一飞抵东京成田机场，就马上启动JR Pass, 搭JR-NEX火车从成田机场到品川站，转搭JR新干线（Hikari车款）到京都，那如果真的很难划到当天早上的座位，那该如何是好？有没有大大有这方面的经验，可不可以分享是不是真有此事？　你如何变通而顺利的在当天早上从成田机场一路搭JR火车到京都？
