標題[請問] txt檔的內文亂碼 XP vs Win7

情況是這樣的： 同一個 txt檔的內文，在 XP沒問題，在 Win7變成亂碼。 記得以前給 XP灌了一個什麼程式，可惜忘了，所以 Win7沒有灌。 圖片真相如下。 XP沒亂碼問題 http://i.imgur.com/8xEv7BR.png
