標購集合住宅未繳契稅需加徵怠報金

財政部表示，向法院標購多戶集合住宅逾期申報契稅者，除了補徵應納稅額外，每逾三日，加徵應納稅額1%怠報金，最高以應納稅額為限，但不得超過1.5萬元。

財政部說，怠報金是以應納稅額一定百分比加徵，應納稅額亦是按每戶移轉房屋核定契價的法定稅率計算，因此，怠報金應按每戶房屋各別加徵。
