晟德：掏空案純屬烏有 林榮錦將反擊

晟德生技（4123）今日表示，針對該公司及董事長林榮錦先生被台灣東洋藥品工業股份有限公司指控損害該公司利益一事，依該公司瞭解，該等指控純屬無稽。

晟德說，該本公司及董事長林榮錦先生一向謹守商業規範、合法經營。對於東洋公司之無端指控致損害本公司及林榮錦先生權益，將採取法律行動，以維護本公司及股東權益。
